Glen Beer specializes in the sale of investment property with over twenty years of experience concentrating in the San Fernando Valley and Metro Los Angeles areas.
While specializing in Multi- Family Residential properties, among the other property types Glen has sold are office, retail, industrial, land. His institutional clients include the FDIC, Fannie Mae, Citibank, Home Savings of America, Fidelity Federal Bank, Great Western Savings, Marathon Bank, East/West Bank, Hanford/ Healy Asset Management, and Harry Macklowe Real Estate. Private clients have included the Chairman of one of the largest public REIT’s in the United States and several Attorneys and Real Estate Brokers.
Glen is known for his tenacity and work ethic; as a result he has never had a failed escrow in over twenty years and hundreds of transactions. Numerous awards and honors including multiple Director's Circle and Executive's Circle awards have placed Glen among the top 5% of company agents in annual sales volume.
Practicing what he preaches, Glen owns almost 70 units in the Valley and Los Angeles as principal in three multi-family communities and as partner in 150 units of Student Housing in Texas.
Glen received his B.A. Degree from the State University of New York at Albany. His interests include hiking, camping, and international bicycle touring.
