Glen Beer specializes in the sale of commercial and investment property, with over twenty years of experience, concentrating in the San Fernando Valley and Metro Los Angeles areas. He sells multi-family residential properties, as well as office, retail, industrial and land. His institutional clients include the FDIC, Fannie Mae, Citibank, Marathon Bank, East/West Bank, and Harry Macklowe Real Estate.
Glen is known for his tenacity and work ethic. As a result, he has never had a failed escrow in hundreds of transactions. Practicing what he preaches, Glen owns almost 50 units in the SFV in several LLCs and as partner in 300 units of student housing in Texas and Michigan. His outside interests are hiking, camping, international bicycle touring, and former leadership in the Boy Scouts of America.
